Changing User Name
DemandCaster uses a users email as their user name. At times, a users email address may change and they wish to also change their user name/email address in DemandCaster. This article describes the steps required.
Open User Page
- If your account has been assigned the User Management permission, navigate to the User page from the Users menu
- Identify the user to change the email and click edit
Change Email
In the username box, enter the new email address and click Save to apply the change.
The next time the user logs in, they will need to use the newly assigned email as their user name
