Retrieve a forgotten password
This article provides the procedure to reset a forgotten password.
Go to log in page
The log in page is https://client.demandcaster.com
If you forget your password, click on “Forgotten Password” link under the Sign In button.
Reset Password
- Enter the email address you used to register. This is often your work email.
- Click on reset password and a password reset link will be sent to your registered email.
- Click on the link in the email to reset your password.
Open Email in Inbox
- You will receive an email from [email protected] If for some reason, it is not received, please check your spam folder
- Copy your assigned password
- Click on link to open the DemandCaster sign in page.
Enter New Credentials
When the sign in page opens, enter your email and new password and click sign in.
Prompt to Change Password
Once entered, create a new password and click save.
As a reminder, the DemandCaster password policy is as follows:
- must be at least 12 characters in length
- must not be the same as the username
- must contain alphabetical characters
- must contain at least one of the following: 0-9 ? < > ! @ # $ % ^ & * - ( ) _ / | \ { } [ ] + = : ;
- cannot be a numerical increment of the previous password
- cannot be repeated for a cycle of 7 password changes
Your Password is Changed and Saved
Click on any menu item to proceed working in DemandCaster.
