Custom Report Supply Plan Financial Entity Names:  The names of supply plan financial entities in custom reports have been changed to replace the word "revenue" with the word "cost" in order to be consistent with changes previously made this year to change the supply plan financial basis from revenue to cost.

Entering Alphabet Characters in Suggested Order during Split Edit: The ability to erroneously enter alphabet characters when splitting a suggested order has been eliminated.

 Corrected Issue in Constrained Capacity Production Leveling (CCPL) when the Frozen Time Fence occurs on a Non-Working Day:  Corrected an issue where the frozen time fence was not being accurately considered when it fell on a non-working day.
