As part of the continued work to improve the usability of the capacity module, the ability to modify the location of an existing work center via the data maintenance application has been disabled.  Previously the editing of the location of the work center was allowed but it has no effect.  With this change the ability to edit the location of existing work centers via the data maintenance application has been eliminated.
