How to address an upload failure
At times the upload file will fail. This article explains how to address the failure.
Identify failed upload
- Check the completed column in the "Data Upload" interface.
- If there is a "No" then delete the upload by clicking on the X in the Delete column next to the failed upload row.
- If you do not remove the failed upload, the upload box will remain hidden.
- After the failure has been removed, re-upload the file following the steps described in Manually Uploading Data article.
