There are two primary issues that cause a finished good to not explode their BOM:

1. The finished good item is set as a Buy versus a Make. Only Make items explode their BOM as discussed in the Bill of Material article.
2. A BOM cycle in the upload file prevents the BOM from being loaded. If your BOM's are not being loaded, please check the error log for the BOM cycle message.
